About Skylar Hamilton

Skylar Hamilton is a 23-year-old professional bass angler competing in his third year on the Bassmaster Elite Series tour. Skylar is from a small town in Dandridge, Tennessee- allowing him to fish some of the most competitive waterways in the southeastern United States. When Skylar is not out on the water chasing elusive Small and Largemouth bass, he is most likely gem mining, using his carpentry skills or out playing golf.  Skylar is an extremely easy going guy with a great personality, as well as having a knack for putting green fish in the boat; we could not be more happy to have him as a part of the family.

Skylar Announces Partnership

According to Skylar in his most recent social media announcement on Friday, December 7th, 2018:

"I am extremely excited to announce that I will be partnering with Finatic Line. With a background in everything from fly fishing to offshore saltwater fishing to freshwater bass fishing, Finatic is developed by anglers, ran by anglers, to ensure that it has the quality properties that I seek as a professional bass angler and what every fisherman should expect regardless of skill level. Braid, fluorocarbon and monofilament that are second to none, setting the bar for what to expect out of your fishing line. Finatic is changing everything we thought we knew about high quality line.”

Past Accomplishments

For being one of the youngest anglers to ever qualify for the Bassmaster Opens and Elite Series, Skylar Hamilton has had a pretty good run; finishing in the money in 19 of the 50 tournaments he's competed in with B.A.S.S. over the last three years. Skylar has already been building momentum in an exciting career with 4 finishes in the top 20 and 2 in the Top 10 while fishing against some of the best bass anglers in the world. With Finatic Pro Series Braid, Fluorocarbon Fishing Line, Fluorocarbon Leader and Monofilament in Skylar's arsenal- we expect to see even more great finishes this upcoming season.
